On the Shopify admin page that shows all orders as a list, can a small thumbnail photo be added to each order line, so that I can have a visual of what was purchased? I see that the you can customize what columns show but there isn’t an image option. Thank you!

This is managed by Shopify and no one can edit it, you can just use the App to display the friendly interface if you want. Refer:
