I’m currently on the standard Shopify plan as a merchant in the UK. Shopify Pay transaction rates are advertised as 1.7% + £0.25 GBP which is borne out by what I see in settings. But I also see that applies only to ‘domestic’ transaction and that the transaction rate is 2.7% + £0.25 GBP for ‘rest of world’.
I’m contemplating an upgrade to Shopify Advanced and the transaction rates are advertised as 1.5% + £0.25 GBP but I’m sure this relates only to ‘domestic’ transactions.
I cannot find information on the rate for ‘rest of world’ transactions in any support document. After a one hour chat with a Shopify Advicor, I still don’t have the answer. How is it possible for me to upgrade to Shopify Advanced without knowing how much it will cost?
Is there anyone out there in the UK using Shopify Advanced that can enlighten me?
