For the first time, without any changes made, our Shopify Analytics is not showing 1 of the sales made today. We never had this issue before. The sale IS showing in our orders and scheduled payout section. I saw previous posts on this from a month ago when doing my research. Can someone from Shopify please respond to this thread and advise?
I am also having this issue. It started last Sunday for me… Total sales and orders not computing correctly on my dashboard or on analytics. Today it is way off. Hopefully they fix this soon as I can imagine it will have a chain reaction effect on inventory, etc.
Please patch this Shopify.

Same here, we are SIX sales not showing, needs sorting as will impact on payouts as well??
Same here…sales from yesterday are showing but not this morning. It’s showing in orders but has zero for today’s sales

Earlier today, Shopify received reports that sales reports and analytics in the admins are delayed up to an hour or more. The sales reports and analytics section has since recovered and you should now be able to see accurate analytics in this section.
If you’re still experiencing a significant delay with your sales reports and analytics, I recommend reaching out to our support team via the Shopify Help Center.
This seems to be an ongoing issue for the last few months, I have a number of friends with stores that say this is not new and are frustrated by the lack of fix for the issue. Without correct analytics around sessions add to carts and conversions they don’t know where to direct their marketing spend or how to adjust their marketing campaign objectives. Can we get a better solution please, even when talking to support there are inconsistent messages coming back

I understand you’re currently being impacted by incorrect analytics within your Shopify admin.
On November 23rd, we received additional reports regarding sales figures from the Analytics dashboards and reports fluctuating randomly upon subsequent page refreshes.
You mentioned that you have communicated with support and received inconsistent messages. Are you able to share a bit more information on this?
Additionally, when reaching out to support you should have received a ticket number and chat transcript. If you’re able to locate this ticket number within your email inbox, I recommend replying directly to it. The reason is, our internal team will need to investigate within your admin/analytics section. By replying to your existing ticket, our team will be able to do this.
I am having the exact same problem and I am very concerned about it as its clear my dashboard reports are not showing all the sales each day

Anyone know why its happening?
