We are experiencing a serious technical issue on our store.
Orders are successfully created, but Shopify Analytics is not tracking conversion rate (CRO), checkout_completed events, or sessions.
This issue has nothing to do with the cookie banner, because:

Customers complete checkout successfully

Orders appear normally in Shopify Admin

Our other Shopify stores (with the same setup and no cookie banner) track CRO with no issues

Only this store always shows 0% conversion rate
This indicates a tracking pipeline issue or an analytics event processing problem on the order status page.
Shopify support keeps referring to cookie consent, but technically this does not explain why checkout_completed and CRO events never reach Shopify Analytics.
We need this to be escalated to Tier-2 Technical Team.
Please check the backend analytics_events logs for this store and verify if the tracking pipeline is failing to process purchase/conversion events.
