Lately Our analytics data is not accurate, it is not showing adds to cart or checkouts initiated, so that the data is not going to Facebook ads which is costing us a ton of money in wasted ad spend. The ads cannot optimize as the data is not coming from Shopify in a timely manner and in most cases not at all. I have tried removing any recent apps and reverting to an older version of the site but the issue seems to be with Shopify. This has been going on for more than 4 days and has caused us so much money in non performing ads. Shopify is saying 24-48 hours which is ridiculous on top of the already 120 hours that has already past. We are using a site recording app and that actually shows the site activity fairly accurately. Any advice will be appreciated, is there anyway to work around this and get our info analytics not from Shopify.
