Can someone help me understand why in my analytics my gross sales and net sales are the same.

If you’re talking about gross vs. net sales, remember that discounts, refunds, and shipping should be factored into net sales calculations.
For net profit, you’ll need to account for COGS and Expenses to get a clear and accurate picture.
