We are looking for an inventory app or software which will help us sync our inventory. We have multiple warehouses (Amazon US, Amazon EU and one more in Europe) and we need to easily update our inventory quantities.
We also need to be able to download reports for each month containing our inventory (and sales, if possible) in different locations.
Can you suggest any app or software?
You can use Order Automator to sync inventory with Shopify and Amazon. The main purpose is to fulfill Shopify orders from Amazon, but we could customize it to just sync inventory.
For allowing you to update inventory, I’m not sure what that means exactly because it wouldn’t be syncing if you could change the number of inventory (assuming by “syncing” you mean make the Shopify inventory show the same as the actual Amazon inventory) but if you update the inventory in Amazon then the sync would pick that up in Shopify.
For downloading reports, we could create a custom feature to send a csv with inventory levels in Amazon. If that’s something you want to do feel free to reach out to support at orderautomator.com/contact with the details of what you’d want in this type of custom feature / app.
If you’re looking for an already built solution with features like this, I’ve seen stores use Sellbrite for the features you’re talking about (inventory tracking and reports across multiple channels).

Unfortunately we can’t help you with the first point of your concern, but if you are looking for an app which helps you with reports DataChamp could be a perfect solution.
