I have one question about API versions available on the API documentation of Shopify. Recently we built one integration plugin using API version 2022-10, Now, will you please guide me at maximum till what time we can still use the same version of the API?
Are new APIs backward compatible or not?

Shopify supports each API version for 12 months from its release date. In your case, the 2022-10 API version will be supported until October 2023.
Regarding backward compatibility, new API versions can include breaking changes - but these features are deprecated before being removed in a subsequent release, so there’s plenty of warning.
