Hi, i have both the shopify app and inbox app on my phone. But when I log into the shopify app, it logs me out of the shopify inbox app and visa versa. Is there a way to fix this?
Do i still get notifications from the app if i am not logged into it?
Hello @kkanee have you tried uninstalling and installing one or both of the apps already? That could help solve the issue, if that doesn’t work you can consider maybe using the Shopify inbox on your browser or desktop instead?
