Shopify App Installation Fails

Hello
I have developed a Shopify following the instructions for the Nodejs template.
While I am able to run the app successfully in a development store, I am unable to use the single merchant install link successfully.
When I install the application, I get the error shown in the attached screenshot.
Can you kindly provide any information on what I could be doing wrong?

The error message is: “There is no page at this address”

  1. What distribution method have you selected for your app?
  2. You mentioned “When I install the application.” Are you able to successfully install the app, and then you see this error when trying to visit the app’s home page? Or do you see this error when installing the app?

    I am hosting the app on my own server.

    I am not able to install the app. instead, I see the error when trying to install the app.
