Shopify app pixel standard event not working/triggering properly as expected

Hi Shopify team,
We are facing issue with standard events through shopify app pixels.
Issues are:

  1. checkout_completed event not triggering every time.

  2. checkout_started not always giving user information for example email id etc.

I have the same issue. for that, I already Contacted to Shopify support team. but they suggest hiring some experts from the Shopify expert marketplace.
we are already a developer and tech team. Shopify technical team should be help on those issue.
