Hello!
I have a sourcing app for Shopify. The time zone in the app is set for India and our devs are unable to change it. Is this something that’s changed in Shopify settings or manual API on our end?
Also, our app is only able to pull 50 orders at a time from Shopify. Our devs say they are unable to pull more than 50 orders because Shopify won’t let them. Is that true? Is there a max # of orders Shopify allows apps to download?

First your time issue it’s depend on time zone. so if you want correct time. Fetch time zone using api call Like
ShopifyAPI::Shop.current.iana_timezone end
and then convert time. you will get correct time.
Second order only fifty i think shopify order api you will get 250 record per api call please check this link. https://shopify.dev/api/admin/rest/reference/orders/order#index. also here attached image.
