I tried out shopify trial plan and tried w3bkul trial plan together. After shopify trial ended, my store deactivated and w3bkul has been charging me ever since deactivation.
At first, W3bkul said their subscription would automatically cancel if shopify store deactivates so I left my shopify store deactivate as my trial ended. But after two weeks of w3bkul charges, they are now telling me I have to reactivate my shopify store meaning purchase shopify store plan and unistall W3bkul to stop recurring charges.
They don’t want to give me refund because I don’t have a screenshot of their support chat in the beginning.
Anyone had this problem? This is ridiculous
