It says that my bank account is not valid

First, could you please share a screenshot of the error message you’re receiving?
When transferring from your Shopify Balance account to your bank account, could you ensure the following:
- You’re entering the correct account name, routing number, and account number.
- Have you tried using an alternate bank/payment method?
- Were you able to follow the steps in our Transferring funds to or from your Shopify Balance account resource?
If you have tried the above steps and are still seeing an error message, I encourage you to reach out to Shopify Support so we can take a closer look at your account to identify the issue.
