Thank you for sharing your question with our network. I was happy to run some general tests against the Dawn 2.0 theme, and I’ve been unable to replicate your experience so far.
This glitch could be occurring locally, but it may also be an unintended side effect through the installation of a third-party app or any custom edits you have made.
With that being said, I’d like to offer you some additional testing and insight on your website. In order to do so, please share the following details with me:
- your store URL
- which mobile device and browser you are using
- if you’ve made any code changes or added apps
- if the issue persists when previewing an unedited version of Dawn
That will give us a clearer picture of what may be going on and best steps to resolve this going forward.
