I’m just ranting but really frustrated with Shopify.
I have a ticket open with the billing department, waiting for them to reactivate my account - been 2 business days with no reply and i’m assuming there is going to be no reply over the weekend too.
Really frustrating, since I have stuff to do.
Anyone else had luck with their billing department?
Not impressed considering how big Shopify is. Even small hosting companies generally respond within 1 business day.
