Shopify Billing Team - Payouts, Bank Info, need assistance

It has been 6 days since my initial request for help with my banking info and payouts. I have initiated several chats with advisors, I have sent follow up emails to advisors I am at a loss right now, to date I have not received one email from the billing team although I’ve been told since Tuesday that my request was escalated. I have thousands of dollars in orders that I can’t fulfill. My bank info says it doesn’t match which makes absolutely no sense yet I can’t access the info to see where the problem is. How is it possible that in 6 days I haven’t received one email from the billing team. How can I get help with my account? Please the lack of customer service is beyond frustrating, how can I get assistance?!!!
