Hello, i created this store few months before just to test how it works and i took that 1€ testing trial i tested it for like few days a then i forgot about my shopify store and i didn’t use all those months and now i got charged for 92€ I didn’t mean to pay those 92€ because i really don’t use the shopify stores for now i wanted only to check how it works please if i have a chance of getting back my 92€ i don’t use or used this store i really really apologise

In order to request for a subscription refund, you will need to directly reach out to Shopify support so they can take a look at your account and process the subscription refund if eligible. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the “I still need help” or “chat with a support advisor” option appear.
