Shopify Bundles app splitting issue when buying multiple bundles

We use bundle app to sell multi-packs.

For this example, we sell single unit of product A (1m), and also a multi-pack of 33 units of product A (33m).

I have noticed a strange inventory splitting on the product order when our customer brought 2 x multi-packs (ie: 66m). The price should be identical and the Quantities should either show as 2 x 33m or 66m.

Any idea what would be causing this and how to fix it? Our customer was understandably very confused. https://www.mollies.nz/products/jute-webbing-9lb

It was written for a different bundle app but it seemed to work for us, we just had to change the price by a few cents
