My insta and fb business page is connected to another business portfolio. How should i go about it?

You will need to remove any existing connections. For Facebook, go to Business Manager, check “Business Settings,” then under “Accounts” and “Pages,” find your page and remove any other Business Managers that have claimed it. For Instagram, open the app, navigate to “Settings” > “Business” > “Shopping,” and disconnect from any connected Facebook Catalogs.
