Shopify Button Collections working on desktop but not loading on mobile.
Over the last few months, I’ve been dabbling in some web design for family friends. I have designed a WordPress site instead of a Shopify one as I wanted better optimised SEO. I have integrated Shopify buy button collections instead of WooCommerce as I still wanted it to be intuitive and for the owners to have better customer support. I thought this had worked perfectly and it felt like the best of both worlds but when I opened it on mobile I was left with a /**/. At first, I thought this might have to do with images not fitting but when I previewed it in mobile mode everything seemed to fit. Has anybody experienced this before or know any fixes? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I investigated and found there is a custom HTML widget added on the homepage in the customizer which needs to be removed and the issue will be fixed.
Thanks
Hiya,
That custom HTML widget is the Shopify Buy Button Collection code. Unless you are referring to some different custom HTML that I’ve missed?
Thanks
The HTML code I’m referring to is:
This is just the featured collection though. In a sub-menu, you can navigate to All, Boots and Shoes which all have their pages which are just buy button collections, none of which work on mobile but perform on desktop. It seems to be an issue with the code but I’m unsure what.
@EccentricH
this is WordPress website where the issue is? i have tested the WordPress site and it seems like working fine buttons.
