If Shopify can’t verify your address for payments, you might need to provide additional documentation like a business registration document or proof of address. For detailed guidance, contact Shopify Support.

Where can I upload documents, or to whom can I email them?

Hi @Susan_C1 !

If you will need to submit additional documents for verification, Shopify will notify you regarding this and you will have an option to where you can send the documents. If none, you will need to directly contact Shopify support team so they can escalate your concern to the department where you can communicate directly and send up the needed documents.
