I have been trying for over a week to get in touch with someone on the Shopify credit or underwriting team and have had no luck. I’ve spoken to someone who is merchant facing, who couldn’t help me, and the support rep I spoke to could only go as far as escalating a ticket for me, which I still haven’t gotten a response on. I am hoping to talk about my current Shopify Capital loan and options for paying it down with someone who can give me direct answers. Does anyone have an idea of how to get in touch with this team besides going through support?
