I am very frustrated this morning and if anyone can help I would really appreciate it. I have paid back 53% of my NINTH capital loan. I normally have a new offer twice a year because I can usually pay my funding off quickly. I normally get funding offers at 51% paid back. I have not gotten any this time. My business is predominantly brick and mortar and has been growing. I NEED to replace inventory but without Shopify funding I cannot. Is there ANY way to talk to someone? I chatted with a representative this morning who informed me Shopify no longer has real people handling this area. How can this be? What does the algorithm look at? How can I know what to expect? Is everyone else just pursuing non Shopify capital funding? It has been so nice to bundle everything thru Shopify.
