Shopify certificates, 2 different Shopify Dev accounts

I’m a developer. I have set up 2 different Shopify Dev accounts, one for myself as a developer and the 2nd for my client, that I am currently developing a site for.

I am going through Shopify Academy for developers, learning Liquid and other skills.

Do I need to be logged into the account when going through the training that I want the certificates to show on?

I would like them all on my account but I think I completed some logged into my client’s account. Can those be moved to my account? Does it matter what account I’m logged into when taking the courses?

You don’t need to be logged into any specific Shopify account to complete the courses or earn certifications. Certificates are linked to the email address you use for the Shopify Academy, not to the Shopify account. If you’ve completed courses while logged into your client’s account, the certificates will be associated with that email. You can update or transfer the email associated with your Shopify Academy account if needed.
