Shopify changes product images names when uploaded which disturbs SEO

Hi everyone,
I am facing issue for SEO of my store and issue is when I upload product image on shopify it changes it’s name and adds unnecessary and SEO disturbing long numeric digits in name of image for example:
“creamtube2-1_1” is the name of image I uploaded but it became:

This is default functionality of shopify.

No it will not effect SEO you can use images alt tag.
