Can you please check why I was charged before?

my accounts was created on sept 17 but i have a 3 months free trial. I was charged despite not having any paid apps or shipping labels.

why was i charged before my trial periods end?

It was mentioned that please select your plan for a further charge. but you will be not charged until your trial period ends which is in January. Please how do I receive help with this one and get my refund?

You are correct that you won’t be charged for your subscription prior to the trial period ending, however, it’s possible there was a different charge to your account which would have incurred an invoice.

You can check as see the details of this charge by heading to Settings > Billing and clicking on the invoice there.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly/too early - please create a support ticket over at our Help Center so our teams can investigate this issue for you.
