Hi, I remember opening shopify long time ago, but as far as I remember I had clsoed all the shops and cancelled the plan as well. Today I got some dollars deducted from my account. I am from Pakistan, converting to my currency it was around 7500 pkr, which is a lot for me. I do not know why this was cancelled but I would like someone to please reach out to me to assist or tell me the exact email I should connect to, because I cannot find a way to connect with the support team.
I wouldn’t have opened shopify if this is what was going to happen, i cancelled my plan long time ago and now suddenly getting a huge international transaction is very upsetting for me. Someone kindly help me out here.
