You used to be able to link an open Shopify Chat window by adding “?chat” at the end of the URL.

This doesn’t seem to work anymore - how can you add a clickable link to open the Shopify Chat window on the page?

Instead of “?chat” , use “?show_chat” as shown below:

https:///?show_chat
