I have been struggling with these issue for a while and found that customers could not checkout because the store was could not accept real payments or orders. Why is this happening?
I am not a shopify partner and have a paid basic plan with the password removed so potential customers could buy from the store. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?
Maybe you haven’t set up a way to receive payments yet? You’ll need to set up a way for people to pay first, so if you don’t remember doing that then that could be it. Here’s some instructions for setting up Shopify Payments assuming you’re in a country that it is available.
Any test payment made before the store start running? Maybe it is still in test mode. So customers contact you that they couldn’t pay at check out page?
