Hi, I have a recurring problem where I’m getting orders coming in, but no matter where the customer is located, the free Collect in Store option is automatically selected at checkout. So most customers aren’t noticing this, and are checking out without paying postage. I’m then having to email them all individually, and ask them to send the p&p via bank transfer. Its so annoying, time consuming, and also I feel that it will put people off from ordering again
I think this is happening when the customer chooses Express Checkout
I’ve checked my checkout settings 100000 times, and honestly can’t see anything I can do my end??
Has anybody else had the same problem? Or know what I can do to rectify it?
