Shopify Checkout mandatory field (Additional Information)

Hi all,

I’d need to set one of the fields under “Additional Information” in the “Payment” step as mandatory. This is only for Italy, since I’d need one of this fields to be mandatory instead of optional. The field name is “Codice Fiscale” (Fiscal Code).

Is it possible to do this without Shopify Plus?
