We have a loyal customer base that fortunately means that some report problems to us.
For the last couple of weeks our conversion rate has dropped from a consistent >5% to about 1.5%. Having done some investigating off the back of customer complaints, I discovered these rendering issues (See pictures). FYI We don’t use any plugins that touch the checkout (e.g. upsell)
I’ve noted a number of other merchants complaining on social media about a sudden drop in conversion rates but not being able to attribute it to a particular cause. For whatever reason, it does seem a little intermittent (Which is odd!)
Has anybody else tested / raised a ticket?
Keen that this doesn’t take months to resolve like the Paypal over capture issue (and that one had dozens of tickets raised by merchants)
