Shopify CLI - Hanging when trying to create new app extension

When trying to use Shopify CLI on OSX 11.4,

Its hanging with the message ‘Loading apps…’ Also when I first authenticated after logging in via the browser it also hanged and had to quit terminal and restart it.

Using cli installed via Ruby 3.0 on brew. (also tried installing directly onto brew with same problem)

The command line tools installed on the mac is 12.5

I was able to find a few of what may be related issue Shopify CLI - GitHub Repo. I would suggest looking through the most recent issues opened here for insight, and post or create a new issue if the situation your facing is unique - hope you get this sorted soon!

Got this sorted in the end ran an update of the CLI and it fixed the issue, Thanks.
