Shopify CLI not working in free account

Hello,

I am a new Shopify developer. To sync code from Local to Live, I want to use Shopify CLI. After creating a free account, I tried to do the same, but the cli did not work.
I would like to purchase the Basic plan of Shopify. Is CLI fully compatible with Basic package?

Shopify CLI is not dependent on Shopify Plan. Can you send some error messages for analysis purposes.

I have tried previously and the the free trial was end. Now I have created a new free account and trying to login in the store using command :

shopify login [https://ed1b62-39.myshopify.com](https://ed1b62-39.myshopify.com)

but it is showing Waiting for Shopify authentication . it is showing about 20 minutes but still showing the same. I am sharing the screenshots below.

1. npm install -g @Shopify_77 /cli@latest
2. shopify theme init
3. shopify theme dev --store {store-name}

open link in browser
