My store was blocked on June 22nd because it violated Article 7 of the AUP policy,
Because I just connected to shopify payments in the afternoon, I changed the address to the UK,
Just after receiving an order, it was blocked. We are a formal business, and our business is indeed in the UK. We can provide all legal business materials.
I sent a complaint email to customer service, but no follow-up solution has been provided.
Has anyone encountered a similar situation? Can you share your experience?
Thanks for reaching out here about your experience.
As mentioned by @SwiftfromOC , the best way to get more context and get this resolved would be to wait for an update if you have created a support request with our support teams.
As we cannot look into account specifics here ourselves, in order to get this resolved, that is the best next step. By contacting our support team, they will be able to dig deeper into this for you and advise further.
Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime!
Yes, I have provided the appeal materials yesterday, I have been waiting, but no response yet. My store just received the order before it was closed and I couldn’t ship them so I was in a rush.
I am glad to hear that you were able to provide the information needed to the relevant team. I can understand the urgency to get this resolved, and you should hopefully hear back soon.
Our escalated support teams generally respond within 3-5 business days, but at times that can take longer. Rest assured they understand the importance and will be back to you as soon as possible. Let me know if you have any other questions!
