What’s up? Has anyone had this type of suspension and got the account back? I received a suspension about “verification of fulfillment of my store’s product orders”.
I never received any warning or email talking about “verification of fulfillment of my store’s product orders”.
And I checked AUP and I didn’t violate anything. Everything was doing very well on Shopify and suddenly they closed my account.
Look below what they sent me via email.
Dear Account Owner,
Unfortunately, since we did not receive a response from you regarding verification of fulfillment of your store’s product orders, we are no longer able to host your store on the Shopify platform and your account has been closed.
The full amount of pending payouts will be held in reserve.
