ive spent years building this site and all of MY items details and listings are gone - how can i download my items while my store has been shut down

When you close a store, you should see a message stating that “The shop information will be stored for 2 years.” This means your data may still be available for you to collect.
You can export products, inventory, customer lists, orders, gift card codes, discount codes, financial data, and your store’s theme:

May I ask why you wanted to close the store?

The store was shut down by shopify without any warning or email explaining why they shut the website down.
Login only brings you to support, in which they just tell you to email someone and wait for a reply.
The bigger concern here is there are thousands of dollars due to be paid out by shopify and all of a sudden, they shut down the website conveniently at the EOM when they need to review budgets and finances… sounds calculated.
where does the money go when they shut down your own website? How do i pay the clients on my end ??? what should i tell my customers? should they contact shopify to get their money back???
