Hello everyone,
My Shopify store was closed without any prior notice 30 days ago, and since then, I have been unable to access the admin panel. We had over 100 orders to ship, and we purchased a certified Shopify theme, as well as paid for the subscription and apps. I have tried contacting support multiple times via chat and sent several emails, but so far, no one has been able to provide me with any updates or solutions. I am facing huge losses and urgently need help!
How can I regain access to the admin panel to download my orders and theme? Has anyone else experienced this and can offer advice?
