My store was closed almost 9 months ago I was told my money would be released 120 days it’s been 9 months and I get a bull bleep response from help saying my issue has been escalated they will respond when they can basically it’s been 9 months this is ridiculous

I understand your frustration. I too am having a pretty terrible experience with Customer Support. Escalation of our case unfortunately made it worse, and I cannot reach a Supervisor. I am not finding an easy way to get real support from Shopify. Will post back if I find a successful way of engaging them. Sending some positive vibes your way!
