I’m lost, shopify customer support hasn’t been able to help me and I’m just at a loss.
When I attempt to create a new Tiered program within shopify collabs, and I select the option to apply a discount to both “Subscription” and “one-time” orders, I get this error message:
To create this tier you need to set up subscriptions, or change your purchase type. Learn more about subscriptions
The hyperlink just takes me to shopify’s home page and the url is: https://www.shopify.com/subscriptions
I already have a shopify plan, so I don’t know why this is showing up. Any help would be much appreciated.
