I am trying to align all collections in a single row on desktop.
I just want to show 6 columns and want to add a View All button below that and after clicking on that button the Categories Page will open and all the categories will be visible.
I tried customising the theme but was unable to do it.

I have checked your store link. You need to remove others collections to keep just 6 collection from customization. If you can’t do that then I can help you to remove it.

Go to Shopify Admin
Click Online Store → Themes
Click Customize on the active theme
Look for a section related to Collection List (It might be named Shop our top categories)
Check if there is an option to:
Set a limit on the number of collections shown
Enable a “View More” or “Load More” button
Adjust the grid layout (to 6 columns per row)
If these options are available, you can adjust them directly. If not, you’ll need to make custom code changes to achieve this layout.

Select Collection section
Then you will follow below image instruction
and you can set it on mobile too as per your choice
