Shopify Collective - New Items Not Syncing

I’m trying to load in product from my new collection into my Shopify Collective Price List but it’s not showing up when I go on ‘Add Product’. What is going on?

@amierafa
Hi there, this usually happens with Shopify Collective when products aren’t eligible. Check that the items are active, in stock, and enabled for Collective. Also confirm the supplier connection is approved and products are shared with you. If using Shopify Markets, ensure market compatibility. A quick refresh or resync can also help.

Items are active and in stock. How do I check that they’re enabled for Collective? or confirm the supplier connection?

@ErikaToGo did you see my above reply?

There are a few common reasons why products from your new collection might not be showing up when you try to add them to your Shopify Collective price list. Here’s what to check:

Product must be published to the Collective: Supplier sales channel — Go to the product in your admin, scroll to the “Sales channels and apps” section, and confirm it’s published to Collective: Supplier. If it’s not, it won’t appear in the price list product picker.

Product status must be Active — If the product is in Draft status, it gets removed from all sales channels including Collective. Make sure the product is set to Active.

Product must be in your Primary Market — Products need to be included in your store’s Primary Market to be eligible for Collective price lists. Check this under your Markets settings.

Variant limit — Products with more than 100 variants aren’t supported by Shopify Collective. If your new collection’s products exceed that, you’d need to split them into smaller products.

$0 price products — If any product has a $0 price, it can cause the entire price list to not display correctly.
