Shopify contact form challenge page leads to 404 not found page

Hi,
When users hit “Contact Us” button they will be lead to a Google Captcha page where the need to click the checkbox to continue.
I have disabled it from Settings->Preferences->Unchecked spam protection but nothing happened.

How do I disable it ?

Please fix this from my website.
