Where did you purchase your domain from?
For context, Shopify will automatically provide SSL certificates for any domains bought directly through our platform, and for third-party domains that are successfully connected to a Shopify store. Can you let me know if you’ve connected your third-party domains to your respective stores?
If you have, and have only done so recently, just a note that it may take up to 48 hours for the SSL certificate to be issued to your store. During that time, you may see an SSL Unavailable error in your Settings > Domains section within your Shopify admin. Customers visiting your website at this time may also see a security error. If you haven’t attempted to connect your third-party domain to your Shopify stores however, please refer to this guide for instructions on how you can connect your domain automatically, or this one here for manually connecting a third-party domain. You’ll need to ensure that your A record and CNAME record point to Shopify, in order for the SSL certificate to be successfully issued to your store, and for your domain to fully function.
