Shopify created store not appearing, shopify address leads to my company website #anyhelpwelcomed

hi there!

Any chance anyone can help me?? I created a cool store using the shopify supplied creator (image below), but then somehow in the linking of my company website, the shopify created store no longer links to the shopify domain name : https://thejoyoutrageous.myshopify.com - www.thejoyoutrageous.com (both lead to the main domain name).

The store that I created in shopify exists in my admin account, but is nowhere to be found in relationship to the shopify link.

Definitely a newbie in this world. Would welcome any help!

Thanks for the quick note back! I don’t know if I’m blonde but no matter how many times I tried, I could not ever get past the help articles and find an actual chat or email to use? Can you help?
