Hello all - it looks like this question has asked in slightly varying methods over the years. I am in a common situation where I currently have a subscription (monthly billing) for a product. I have been using Seal Subscriptions. I recently saw the Shopify Subscriptions app ( Shopify Subscriptions - Drive more sales with subscriptions | Shopify App Store ) .
Has anyone had luck with Shopify Subscriptions, or through any other method or app, or turning off the order confirmation emails customers get after each subscription renewaly? Clearly it is not industry practice to send someone a bill each time their subscription renews (think about HBO Max, Spotify, Netflix, or any other subscription with a monthly cycle).
On my Shopify store, when I go to settings –> notifications –> customer notifications –> and scroll to the bottom to the box that says “Subscriptions” , it appears that there isn’t an option there that allows me to turn it off.
