Shopify Customer support getting no where

I contact customer support regarding to correct one of our company director’s name as we made a typo when filling up the form, ticket number 40137624, customer support advise put this ticket on top priority, after 5 days waiting, my store shopify payment is put on held due to missing some information, during these 5 days, we had been contact customer support a few times and there is no one emailing us anything regarding the original ticket. Now our site is live with shopify payment option disabled = no orders coming through, what a good start for a woocommerce user transfer to Shopify.

I understand this is frustrating.

You have taken all the right steps by contacting us about this - I also appreciate that the wait time is not ideal for you now, but it is quite standard when it comes to issues related to Shopify Payments.

While you wait, have you though about enabling another payment method, such as PayPal? This would allow your customers to continue checking out even if Shopify Payments is not currently available.

What country are you based in? This is so I can check and make sure Shopify Payments is available for you.

Thanks for your reply, we are New Zealand based company, only supply our
local market, we transfer our store from woo to Shopify last Thursday,
everything is good except the supporting time, it need a big improvement
especially the problem is critical for customers, I had been get in touch
with support, were told our ticket is priority, but doesn’t seems that way,
I hope some one can help to speed up the process, thanks.
