Am I missing something? I logged in today to see that the desktop site no longer shows sales stats, order stats etc on the landing page. I feel like I must be missing something really obvious because no way they took that instant glance away, right? Do I truly need to go into analytics now to see these things like daily sales?

During Shopify Editions 2023, we implemented a new visual design for the admin as well as various other new features. As mentioned, you can still access all of these stats via the Shopify admin > Analytics section.
I understand this may not be the answer you’re looking for. However, I’ll be sure to share your feedback with our development team to look into implementing this in the future. While we can’t guarantee if or when this will be implemented, you can keep an eye on our Shopify Changelog for updates.
