Why is this badge restricted on credly? It’s said on credly’s help center “A restricted badge is visible only to you as the earner and is not publicly visible or shareable. This is a setting that has been determined by the organization that has issued you the badge.”

Can you please ask the team to look into this?
I have the same issue, I reached out to support and was told that there is an error and that NONE of the badges should be sharable. I pointed out that Shopify Academy’s help docs have instructions for sharing via social so it seems they should be sharable but haven’t heard anything back. https://academy.shopify.com/page/help
- Different Credentials have different Visibility for Sharing are aligned with Learning Paths and Courses:
- Beginner, Intermediate Badges - Not Sharable
- Expert Badges - Sharable
- Intermediate and Expert Microcredentials - Sharable
- Beginner, Intermediate and Expert Certifications - Sharable
- Beta Tester Badge - Sharable
- IE: Shopify Foundations Badges - Individual Course Assessments will be awarded Introductory Novice Badges which cannot be shared to socials.
Foundations Certification - is a larger learning path and Assessment that is awarded a Certificate that can be shared.
I actually got the exact same feedback so it seems like something is going
wrong in their process.
According to the Partner Academy Help Documents and the Partner Education
day earlier they are shareable. There seems to be a disconnect somewhere in
the information.
